C\u2019est dans ce contexte tr\u00e8s particulier, marqu\u00e9 par le blocage, que certaines r\u00e9gions \u00e9taient pr\u00eates \u00e0 s\u2019affranchir de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel pour initier leurs d\u00e9marches de transformations.<\/p><p>Arr\u00eat\u00e9 qui est, nous le rappelons, le point d\u2019orgue de toutes restructurations et\/ou transformations, notamment sur les cr\u00e9dits allou\u00e9s aux personnels<br \/>impact\u00e9s. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 partir de ce moment-l\u00e0 que le Plan d\u2019Accompagnement aux Transformations (PAT) peut \u00eatre d\u00e9roul\u00e9 : CLT et AMR. Apr\u00e8s ces tentatives de faux d\u00e9parts, doubl\u00e9es d\u2019une vision assez minimaliste des agents impact\u00e9s par ces man\u0153uvres, nous y voici, maintenant, avec un \u00e9tat d\u2019environ 450 postes supprim\u00e9s. Pour m\u00e9moire, \u00ab la modification substantielle de poste est assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 une suppression de poste \u00bb Art 1.3 du PAT.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f091039 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f091039\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4361a3e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4361a3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Pour Force Ouvri\u00e8re, ce point de situation cadr\u00e9 et r\u00e8glementaire est tr\u00e8s loin de refl\u00e9ter la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de ce que vivent les agents, au quotidien, sur le terrain, dans le cadre de la transformation :<\/strong><\/p><p><br \/>1) Premi\u00e8rement, beaucoup de ces 450 agents se demandent comment l\u2019administration peut affirmer que leur fiche de poste est affect\u00e9e par plus de 50 % de modifications alors que les missions, le cadre et les proc\u00e9dures internes li\u00e9s au fonctionnement de la nouvelle organisation ne sont, ni ficel\u00e9s, ni clairement affich\u00e9s et encore moins expliqu\u00e9s\u2026<br \/><strong>Pour eux, \u00e7a sent l\u2019arnaque !<\/strong><\/p><p><br \/>2) Deuxi\u00e8mement, par r\u00e9percussions, pour les 4000 agents qui subissent un transfert simple, cela pourrait para\u00eetre plus facile et bien pas du tout ! La fourchette d\u2019ajustement s\u2019\u00e9tend de 0% \u00e0 49% de modifications.
