<\/strong><strong>n\u00b0 5227\/ARM\/SGA\/DRH-MD\/SRHC\/SDAPRH\/BPEC\/NP du 29 ao\u00fbt 2025 sur la <\/strong><strong>revalorisation de l\u2019IFSE de certains personnels qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019objet de diverses communications.<\/strong><\/p><p><em><strong>FO<\/strong><\/em> choisit n\u00e9anmoins de communiquer afin d\u2019\u00e9clairer les personnels sur le contenu de ce document, dans un souci de transparence et de clart\u00e9.<br \/>Cette communication s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de celle publi\u00e9e en octobre 2024, dans laquelle <em><strong>FO<\/strong><\/em> D\u00e9fense constatait et d\u00e9non\u00e7ait, qu\u2019une telle mesure serait mise en \u0153uvre en fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e (cf. communiqu\u00e9 du 28 octobre 2024).<\/p><p>Lors de ce premier \u00e9change, il \u00e9tait alors question de la poursuite des travaux de revalorisation sans que ne soient pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s ni le mode de mise en \u0153uvre, ni les montants qui y seraient consacr\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Cette note pr\u00e9cise ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9connus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c67fbbf e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c67fbbf\" data-element_type=\"container\" (OS).<\/p><p>Une certaine prudence de <strong>SRHC<\/strong>, au regard de la situation politique et budg\u00e9taire, a-t-elle conduit \u00e0 reporter l\u2019annonce et \u00e0 diff\u00e9rer l\u2019ouverture du dialogue social ?<\/p><p>Dans le cadre d\u2019une organisation efficiente et compte tenu du contexte des GA payeurs, vise-t-elle \u00e0 anticiper les travaux de mise en paye ?<\/p><h3>\u27a2 Agents concern\u00e9s (\u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre en poste au 1er d\u00e9cembre 2025) :<\/h3><p>\u2022<strong> Attach\u00e9s d\u2019administration de l\u2019\u00c9tat (AAE) groupes 1 et 2 ;<\/strong><br \/><strong>\u2022 Secr\u00e9taires administratifs (SA) groupe 1 ;<\/strong><br \/><strong>\u2022 Adjoints administratifs (AA) des familles professionnelles :<\/strong><br
